SEBI’s Master Circular on Commodity Derivatives Market
SEBI has release a Master circular on Commodity Derivatives Market for availability of comprehensive information mentioned in the various circulars pertaining to commodity derivatives market at one place. Various provisions of existing circulars having relevance with Commodity derivatives have also been incorporated. This master circular includes provisions related to trading, product related guidelines, daily price limits and position limits, options in goods, options in commodity futures, options on commodity indices – product design and risk management framework, delivery and settlement, warehousing norms, Investor protection and grievance redressal, governance & administration of exchanges, trading software and technologies among other things.
