MCA allows Board Meeting via Video Conferencing permanently
To curb the difficulties for corporates to conduct Board meetings during an outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, MCA has granted relaxation from the restrictions of conducting Board Meeting through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means for selected agenda items. This move will give companies more flexibility in swift decision making.
