A high-Powered Committee constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs under the supervision of Secretary, MCA, to study the existing framework of LLP Act and to suggest measures for improvements and to decriminalize various provisions of the Act, has submitted its report to MCA with many important recommendations including introduction of “Small LLPs” in line with Small companies in Companies Act, 2013.

These efforts are in line to ease of doing business for corporate stakeholders having limited & small operations.
