Further Clarification on the Passing of Ordinary and Special Resolution on account of the Threat Posed by COVID-19
It has been further clarified by MCA that notices to members of the general meeting may be given only through e-mails registered with the company or with the depository participant or depository. Further, with regard to dissimilarities involved in e-voting and voting by show of hands, it has also been clarified that Chairman present at the meeting shall ensure that the facility of e-voting is available for the meeting held through the electronic mode.
