It is a matter of delight to acquaint you with the inaugural issue of the Independent Director’s Databank Newsletter for the month of January, 2020. The Newsletter will serve you on a monthly basis with an objective to update you on changes taking place in the laws, rules, and regulations governing companies as well as providing useful inputs on corporate governance and board related issues.

The Newsletter titled as “The Hub” provides for:

1. Experience sharing by an Independent Directors through audio or video bite as a major highlight of the newsletter;
2. Updates on regulatory shifts for the effective functioning of the Independent Directors, through notifications, circulars, orders, from regulatory bodies as MCA, CCI, SEBI, CII, etc.;
